    We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park straight outside the entrance (Saturday evening to Sunday pm) for free.     This is not your regular hotel. For a start you get a full kitchen area with dishwasher and microwave. The room is large, spacious and well designed. Bathroom is funky designer with a great walk in shower and brilliant shower - loads of water and kept to temperature! Flat screen tv I can plug my laptop in to watch movies, very, very comfy bed. I went for the baseme - We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but nice and

    i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

    Really convenient hotel in central Manchester. It was really clean, and warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to check-in and the staff were really nice. There weren't enough tea bags and milk as I drink lots of cuppas but I went to reception and they have loads there and they encouraged me to take as many as I want... what people say » ed. I paid £51 for a double room and this seems really good value compared to others I saw when researching. There were big windows, which was nice an - The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

There are many small eateries close to the hotel and a Subway restaurant downstairs - we had breakfast there. Rooms well equipped - hairdryer, tea/coffee set.     When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. The hotel was in the ideal location to return to from the arena and the free parking saved a lot of money! The arndale shopping centre was 2 minutes away, amazing couple of - Great location yards away from Harvey Nichols and selfridges also next to an array of restaurants. We ate at zizzi before a concert at the men. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

    I went with a few friends for a girls getaway and we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Torik who helped us find our way around Manchester, he was really nice to talk to, helpful and helped us get tickets for the local bars. This to me is going the extra mile in customer service which we really appreciated. ... what people say » The apartment was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We were able to cook for ourselves with ease. It felt like a home from home. - Our whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location was perfect as we were visiting the city for shopping and sight-seeing. The apartments were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Although we were slightly concerned about noise, this wasn't an issue as it was very quiet during the week. The breakfast was a bonus and truly scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very understanding. We will definitely be back again with more friends.

    The rooms were large, tidy and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and outgoing, which is a rarity nowadays in hotels with this star rating, it was more in keeping with a more expensive hotel or a higher star rating. It was a great location and I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Manchester. - Every thing was excelle... what people say » nt the staff were very very help full and polite. The security at the the hotel made you feel safe, l liked how you had to scan your room key to be able to go into the lift area. Breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice.
