There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. I went with a few friends for a girls getaway and we loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the receptionist Torik who helped us find our way around Manchester, he was really nice to talk to, helpful and helped us get tickets for the local bars. This to me is going the extra mile in customer service which we really appreciated.

Our whole stay from start to finish was fabulous. The location was perfect as we were visiting the city for shopping and sight-seeing. The apartments were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Although we were slightly concerned about noise, this wasn't an issue as it was very quiet during the week. The breakfast was a bonus and truly scrumptious. Staff were friendly and very understanding. We will definitely be back again with more friends.

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

We especially liked the idea that breakfast was served until 12.00am on Sunday morning and there was a late checkout time of 1.00pm. As we were suffering the effects of the night before, we rang room service, around 10.00am, to ask if we could have breakfast brought to our room. This was no problem and at no extra cost.
