  I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable.   We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai... what people say » n. - The hotel itself is the star of the show...beautiful restoration.....it is like walking around a film set! Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! Great ambience and relaxing area to sit/eat...also lovely selection of food to choose from.

  I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

  I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites.   Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant.
