Everything, especially dinner in the Mirrors Restaurant, which was fantastic! The location was excellent, literally 2 minutes walk from St Pancras Station, staff were great, room was great, very clean and comfortable. The panoramic view of the London skyline from our 12th floor room was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent reception staff, wonderful view and excellent spacious room. We were also able to access our room prior to 2pm which was an added bonus as we had arrived from the North East of England.

We weren't clear whether breakfast was included, we would recommend asking at check in. It was extra and at £14.50 each for continental it was a touch expensive.Everything was lovely. Access was not easy - had to negotiate steps whilst carrying luggage. breakfasts were too expensive, as were drinks at the bar. There was not enough milk supplied for tea-making in the room. Mini bar was open and not restocked when asked to do so.I did not like the fact that to have the room service and access to the internet you had to hand of £50 pound on a debit card even if what you wanted was a lot less than that. I only had brought money for the weekend on a card and the hotel keeping £50 of it till I left was an huge inconvenience, I asked to pay for the internet in cash upfront but they were totally inflexible about this.
