The self-contained apartment was beautifully appointed with luxury facilities and attention to detail with all basic provisions e.g. coffee, tea, milk croissants The location was great with walking distance to the museum,art galleries, transport restaurants and the castle. Location is perfect. They are installing tram lines in the street but it still has access if you are arriving by car or taxi. Its a short walk to Waverly Station and all main tourist attractions can be reached by foot if you like to walk.
Room was excellent, breakfast was great. Did not try the restaurant at night but menu looked good and fairly priced.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.
