Good location in quiet back street but close to shops and restaurants and not too far from city centre and station. I was initially dismayed to find the apartment is in a Hall of Residence but there was no appreciable noise from the student element of my fellow residents. Great to have so much space. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We had a great time sitting at the widow "people watching" on the royal mile. A perfect location. would highly recommend it - Easy to get to, extremly comfy, clean and lots of little extras you dont get in a hotel.

The apartment was of a very high standard - beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything needed for my week stay, great location, very central. Ideal for 5 days of business and 2 days of pleasure.
Very good communication from thistle staff - a query was responded to very quickly and there were a number of emails to ensure everything was going ok during my stay, which was great.
Very good value for money and made my stay in Edinburgh very enjoyable.

The apartments are spacious and had everything we could need. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early in Edinburgh and they allowed us to check-in 4 hours early.

The bed was so comfortable and duvet and pillows gorgeous - a real treat. Everything we wanted to feel home from home with a modern edge. Will definitely be staying again but will book for longer next time!

The Owners of the appartment are extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive........nothing is to much trouble and the communication was excellent. The appartment is fantastic, with a large living space, large comfortable bedrooms and a well equiped kitchen. The location is fantastic,nothing is more than a 10 min walk away, at most. Highly recommended and great value for money - well will return. Thank you!

1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.
