The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Excellent location for the tourist in London, close to galleries, theaters, shopping, events and sights. Relatively easy access from Heathrow. Reasonable prices. The hotel is situated really centrally in the heart of Covent Grd. The staff at the reception, friendly and polite, took trouble to arrange us a wished for quiet room. Clean and well kept hotel with an absolutely unbeatable location at this price and standard. Easy access to Covent Garden (four minute walk) and the West End (ten). Tons of bars and restaurants nearby; or grocery stores if you're staying in.
I've stayed a few times; quality is consistently very good and staff always friendly. I always wonder what the catch is.

short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless

I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard. - The location was brilliant. It was close to a tube station on the piccadilly line which was great as we were travelling from Heathrow
