good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Though only booked a double ensuite, we were given a large family room with microwave/fridge etc., rather overwhelmed by large set of bunk beds which of course we did not need, but enjoyed the extra space and kitchen facilities. A bit of traffic noise as first floor at front of hotel, but the road is very quiet most of the night. The letsbookhotel.com price was very much reduced for our nights, so it seemed a bargain.Tiny shower room seemed very clean. Easy walk from Victoria.
