  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. Rooms really cosy, tidy and cleaned every day; towels also changed every day. And there was a hairdrier as well as central heating on when needed (which was great in rather cold month of May). Breakfasts were ok - toasts, jam, honey, milk and cornflkes with a variety of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Close to the underground station. An excellent place to travel around London in different directions within zones

  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient.   I liked that it was in a really good area, with easy access to the tube, Also,the personell and their services are really great. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.   The fantastic friendly and helpful staff, who greeted us each time we left and entered the hotel and seemed genuinely interested in what we had been doing and what we had planned. They provided us with helpful info about places to go and how to get there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty!
