The comfortable beds. Assistance was provided promptly when need. This hotel is very good value for money! The room was nice and clean, big enough, the bathroom was new and clean as well. I was totally satisfied. I thought the hotel although very basic offered good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. People helpfull. Close to everything esp. tube and bus stops. Inexpensive. Just what we needed, near to the Hospital, clean, and good value.Some staff especially Nagesh was excellent , very approachable .Very customer friendly .

It was near to the Earls Court tube station. For just sleeping it is a perfect stay. Would have helped if there was a kettle / potable drinking water in the room . Had to tell receptionists to keep heater / warmer on during night for atleast some time.
On one ocassion the receptionist bluffed at will which left a slightly bad taste . rooms not very clean, no drinking glasses and no waste bin, curtains hanging off and in poor repair, carpets of poor quality.
No lift for any of the floors.Staff's command of English. Carpet in the floor. The room was, but the bath wasn`t cleaned during the one week we stayed there. The breakfast was a bit pour. Breakfast wasn't that good, poor variety.poor decoration throughout, no lift for upper floors and impersonal service for breakfast. . Toilet didn't flush properly; towel rack fell off; no drinking glasses in room and when asked for some, response was yes but not provided; No napkins in dining room;sheer curtains on windows dirty and tied up.not too much cleaning room. The staff was quite incompetent, the girl in charge of breakfast alwaysarrived too late and we had to wait a lot (breakfast began at 8 inprinciple). Lack of proper cleaning every day. We had to argue for freshtowels. Windows of poor quality, letting cold air in.no lifts for elderly and heavy luggage. The room was in basement, not very tidy - the walls are suffering from high humidity, I believe.breakfast not good, extremely simple and cheap. the roof was peeling and it just generally looked really dirty. the shower floor had holes in it, the carpet was stained. very poor breakfast, poor laundry. There were stairs to a fire door opening onto a platform for my room. At the bottom of the stairs was the door for my bathroom. The bathroom was ridiculously small.Breakfast only short - not time to serve everyone. Not enough seats. Extremely poor. I had to ask for tea and didn't get any. Had bowl cornflakes waited 25 minutes, taxi arrived and so had no more breakfast. Ashamed as many of people from abroad. Dead batteries TV remote - had to buy some. Shower door broken. Noisy in other rooms at night. People smoking beneath my window which came into my room. No fridge as stated, no remote for TV and poot TV reception, very draughty through closed windows. The rooms were not equiped as in the advert. no bath or basin plugs and on request was told not available. No fridge in room as advertised. First room was full of damp including the bed. Changed rooms where wefound blood on sheets plus a hole. They were changed but overall thestandard was poor. When we went to go for breakfast you were not allowedinto the dining room till exactly 8am, not even two mins before and themale person was quite abrupt. Complained on the day of leaving but therewas no apology received. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the last few years and must say that this is without doubt the worst. To sum up the hotel in one word I would have to say 'Hovel' I appreciate that you are not directly repsonsible for the hotel yet if I was the management of your company I would remove it from your site.lack of response from staff when help requested. Not enough chairs to enable guests to eat breakfast people having to queue for upto 30 mins. one member of staff to serve breakfast to all guests. Total lack of response to complaints from manager. Generally dirty and not at all as advertized on your website or theirs. The room was a basement. It was nothing about the pictures showing atthe website. I'm really disapointed.Words can not describe what is like, but I guess you get what you paid for. Breakfast was poor, staff not polite (cranky). Rooms not cleaned during stay. The bathroom was unclean, the room was so noisy from the street we could not sleep, there was no plug on the bath so we could not use and there was no tea and coffee making facilities.
