The apartment itself is very large, sleek and modern and there is a lift in the building. It is less than a full block off of High Street and easy walking distance to Edinburgh and Holyrood Castles. For tourists the location couldn't be better. -

There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! 1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

Apartment was great, really clean, great location & Stuart couldn't have been more helpful. Really nice & modern, two enormous twin beds, a beautiful master en-suite bedroom and a comfortable bunk bed room. Stuart was also very good in allowing us to check in early and check out later as well as recommending some nice cafes in the area for lunch. Very central to city centre, couldn't recommend it highly enough!

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.
