    Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. My only complaint would be the lifts, they seemed to take such a long time to come, but this wasn't a major issue we just used the stai... what people say » rs.     I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard. - The location was brilliant. It was close to a tube station on the piccadilly line which was great as we were travelling from Heathrow... what people say » . And it was exactly as it looked on the website. I would stay there again.

    from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

    This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless ... what people say » of the don't disturb sign! - The staff were friendly, professional, and responded promptly to a couple of problems with my understanding of the air con and tv channels with good humour.     This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.     Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.

    I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

    I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit
