Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! Made use of the fantastic leisure facilities too - v well equipped gym, lovely swimming pool / sauna / steam room and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!!!

Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.

Great hotel in a great location. Slightly out of the centre but only a 15 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars only five minutes away.

Really lovely staff that were very helpful indeed, polite and pro-active. Great modern vibe to the place, nice residents as well. Really well situated in a nice quiet but cool part of town, reminded me of a mini NY warehouse. Nice places to eat close by. Amazing power shower and LED TV over the bed. The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too.
