We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

The location is fantastic! The Brighton Pier is less than 100 metres away. You have all the local amenities around the corner, restaurants at the back road and take aways was easy delivery as well. Given the non perfect flat but it is clean and tidy. The good thing is that you have a personal internet supply which means the connections was great.

We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time. Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
