  the cleanliness,excellent food,the service was the best we have ever known, but mostly the cabaret(even though one of the acts was ill so wasnt there,one of the other acts doubled-up.) - we whanted to relax this weekend and with everything at the hotel that was what we got,it may have rained outside but we still had a great time thanks.

  The staff went out of their way to accomadate us and our needs- the desk staff were very freindley and helpful and had answers to all queries..The hotel itself was very clean and had character and excellant facilities. The restaurant manager and his staff went out of their way to accomadate us early at mealtimes so that we could attend conference ... what people say » meetings on time. An excellant service was given ! - personal service and attention of restaurant manager/waiter and chef for my gluten free diet. there was always a good choice on the menu for me too.will recommend to coeliac uk!
