Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Very nice breakfast - lot of choice. Fab location. Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

  The Resturant is superb, the food was exceptional, and very well priced,presentation was wonderful., Staff are very helpful, This Hotel is very good indeed, situated at the quite side of Blackpool but still close to amenties, ie. pleasure beach etc. - The hotel was excellent and very clean.
