The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We loved the free internet and music library through the TV. The price we paid was as fantastic as the room, with a saving of over 1/2 the price. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.
