They were very friendly and warm. We were left to ourselves with a lot of autonomy. Great staff, great location, room was no frills but clean.the location for white hart lane.pleasant welcome from owner.bar downstairs.fridge in room. proximity to the Emirates stadium, friendly staff, refrigerator. There was a little breakfast in the room. There was a microwave in the room. unexpected fridge in room containing a free breakfast - cornflakes and juice. Easy to get in and out.price ;) and very near to pub ;). Quiet and Calm place. the room was okay. It was in a old Pub. Nothing much. In the room there was a fridge with milk in it, an elektric kettle, a microwave, a TV and an UK-european adaptor. Just near the hotel was an excellente park, and a late-hours store.the price only!. The pub in the hotel, and shops and restaurants in Green Lanes. The location of the hotel and the price were obviously fantastic. When they were around, the staff were also friendly and helpful. Free WIFI always worked fine. There is nothing that I could say I liked ....at best ...it was a room with after hours access! and perhaps free internet was "good" !. close to the darts and that was it... I left straight after booking in. It was the most disgusting place I had ever seen.No. I think i would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay near manor house in London. Wi-fi didn't work in the room, but was available in the bar.the hotel is basic but clean and comfortable if you are looking for the ritz don't bother. television reception. the television reception was terrible. The service and wireless internet can be improved.there was no one in reception when we wanted to checked out. there was no one in reception when we wanted to book a taxi. As above, the lack of cleanliness.beds not very comfy. The room I stayed in had been painted the day or so before my arrival, and had a very strong paint odour and I was unable to open the window as it had been painted shut.There wasn't a nameboard of this hotel. So it was hard to find this hotel. The reception open very late. (It was not open at 8:30am) So I had trouble to check out. The door of shared shower room was broken and couldn't lock. Some light of the toilet room was not turned on. I could use internet(Wifi) in this hotel. But the Wifi radiowave is very low level and sometimes I couldn't use it. Not en-suite, toilet/shower room freezing. Our room was at front and single glazing didn't help with traffic noise from main road.no shelfs or wardrobe, no service or info about it, before open the pub.. Though it was advertised that internet is available in the entire hotel free of charge. The wireless signals were weak for most of the time and couldn't connect to the internet connection. This needs to be definitely improved.the staff/reception were unhelpful rude and horrible,the tv didnt work. wafer pillows, broken bed base, terrible matress. The room and shared bathrooms had a smell. The room was very small, with a stacking bed, the toilet and the shower in the hall. The boy from the staff was very surprized when I asked about the free wifi internet, but actually, the hotel is located in a free wifi zone, just near McDonalds. Also you could only get in your room through the pub downstairs or when the pub closed, by the fire-escape stairs outside. There's no room service at all. the bed were broken and we had to put the matress in the floor to be able to sleep!. For very little money the hotel could change to bee much better - but someone must take care..............No staff around at all most of the time (only during downstairs' pub hours). The beds were extremely painful with the jagged metal springs that are only too apparent through the thin mattress. The pillow was like a sheet of A4 paper. The rooms also aren't very secure. The lock in our room was hanging on by a thread and had obviously came off and been nailed back in several times over. no wardrobe was particularly annoying...the bed .was the most uncomfortable one I have ever slept in and the room was cold and noisy...to be fair the first night the heating was fine .I did not complain because 54 pound for two people for two nights is not expensive but I have used many of your cheaper hotels ...here and in France and and found them to be pleasant enough ...The hotel was very dirty, not only the rooms and bathrooms but also corridors and entrance. Staff promised to install light bulbs and (hoover) vacuum clean and one week later nothing happened!. it was a dump. The room had a cable wire running along the side of the wall, the curtain fell down on top of me, the bathroom was shared. I had taken it for granted that all rooms nowadays are en suite. the shared bathroom was filthy and the only exit from the building was fire escape. i had to pay the amount in full on arrival and when i was leaving the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful.
