Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone
... what people say » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

The apartment is an ideal base for large groups. As a family of 5 we had booked the 3 bedroomed apartment and were surprised to find one double bedded room plus 2 very large triple bedded rooms (slight dormitory feel to them!). Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. All the apartment basics were available such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc. nicely decorated and good central heating which had temperature control. Quiet location and easy to find as it is signposted. I booked two apartments for the group and we were given ones that were opposite each other in the corridor. Very pleased with the stay and will probably use them ag

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big!
We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar!

I was travelling with some fotbollsfriends and we were staying in a "Duplex apartment" on Victoria Street. We loved this modern and spacious apartment.
