Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone. - Ellen

Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves. - Peter

The hotels car parking was just around the corner. It was cheap comparedto all other ncp and it was secure. The room was excellent with a kingsize bed and a large flat screen tv and had tea making facilities. Thebuffet breakfast had variety to suit all tastes and service was of thehighest standard. Its location to all attractions was ideal. - Peter

I thought this hotel was excellent. The position was convenient for visiting the city on a short break. We had fantastic views from our room which I had requested. The breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant and had a varied choice. - Irene
