Only a short drive to both Sandring - Fantastic hotel ! a wonderful reception from Jacqui and Mark upon arrival, we were greeted and shown to our room The sea view suite was spotless, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We felt right at home and the view was as promised of the sea ! a great treat for us land locked folk. Breakfast was splendid both days, I recommend the full english (with proper bacon) however Mark also makes the tastiest scrambled eggs and smoked salmon my sister has ever had ! All in all a fantastic stay,

Immaculate accomodation with pleasant decor and nice touches such as toiletries, water etc etc. Great home cooked breakfast and the owners couldn't do enough. Relaxed attitude to access to the rooms and very quiet despite the fact it was full.

Although our bedroom was located at the front overlooking the main road, there was very little traffic noice.   I liked that from the moment we arrived i felt welcomed and comfortable, the rooms were spotless and undated. Every little comfort was thought of down to hotwater bottles and sewing Kits if needed.loves the tea and coffee facility in room which also included Decaf, mini bar was fab and shop prices, not escalated prices. Jane and Anna couldn't do enough for us. A warm welcome and a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for - Jane would not be defeated! The location was also brilliant: within easy reach of the beach (and the start of the Norfolk Coast Path), bus station and eating places. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

  We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return. The hotel was clean, staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Friday night karaoke topped off a fantastic stay. Looking forward to going back! - Extremely nice staff, good food, nice view of the sea from the window, beautiful town.

  I chose Ashleigh Lodge because of the excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. John and Liz are excellent hosts and everywhere there are examples of them going just that bit further i.e. the food, luxurious towels, the quality of the toiletries. Needless to say everything was immaculately tidy. Also, parking was no problem in the quiet street ... what people say » where this property is. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment. - We'd never stayed in a b & b before and were a little daunted. We needn't have been as John and Liz were really welcoming and could not do enough for anyone. The room was stylish, practical and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. The garden was great and there was a real friendly feel amongst all guests. We would definitely stay again.

  This is a "six star" B & B. Everything is a cut above the norm. Parking is excellent, location is excellent, the room & bath are of good size. The linens & beds are the best. The room is clean and well arraigned. The breakfast is unbelievable. Breakfast -I had Haddock and poached egg on spinach one morning (superb). Best B & B in the U - Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

  Lovely and well cared for b&b ran by a lovely couple. Many other b&b's on the same road but none as inviting as this one with it's beautiful flower laden garden. Were greeted on arrival and able to check in despite arriving slightly early. It's a five minute walk to the seafront, which you can see as soon as you step outside, and the bre - Owners are very friendly, room was lovely. the breakfast was the best we have had for a long time.
