Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the seafront and the theatre which we were attending. We had a warm friendly welcome from the proprietor and the bedroom was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable,obviously decorated with taste and care. I liked that from the moment we arrived i felt welcomed and comfortable, the rooms were spotless and undated. 10/10. Jane and Anna couldn't do enough for us. A warm welcome and a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for - Jane would not be defeated! The location was also brilliant: within easy reach of the beach (and the start of the Norfolk Coast Path), bus station and eating places. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

I chose Ashleigh Lodge because of the excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. John and Liz are excellent hosts and everywhere there are examples of them going just that bit further i.e. the food, luxurious towels, the quality of the toiletries. Needless to say everything was immaculately tidy. Also, parking was no problem in the quiet street

We'd never stayed in a b & b before and were a little daunted.
We needn't have been as John and Liz were really welcoming and could
not do enough for anyone. The room was stylish, practical and spacious.
Breakfast was awesome. The garden was great and there was a real
