  I liked that from the moment we arrived i felt welcomed and comfortable, the rooms were spotless and undated. Every little comfort was thought of down to hotwater bottles and sewing Kits if needed.loves the tea and coffee facility in room which also included Decaf, mini bar was fab and shop prices, not escalated prices. All in all wonderful for us... what people say » , breakfast was a delight, home made Bread and loves the fresh mango . Yum. Thanks Ladies, fabulous stay - 10/10. Jane and Anna couldn't do enough for us. A warm welcome and a lovely room with everything we needed and more. Breakfast was superb: my gluten and lactose intolerances and other allergies were well catered for - Jane would not be defeated! The location was also brilliant: within easy reach of the beach (and the start of the Norfolk Coast Path), bus station and eating places. Would highly recommend and stay there again.
