  Mark & Jacqui (managers) are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your holiday - nothing is too much trouble for them. Wi-Fi access is very good - the brochure states it is available in public rooms but we could access it in the bedrooms which were well appointed. Only a short drive to both Sandring - Fantastic hotel ! a wonderful reception from Jacqui and Mark upon arrival, we were greeted and shown to our room The sea view suite was spotless, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We felt right at home and the view was as promised of the sea ! a great treat for us land locked folk. Breakfast was splendid both days, I recommend the full english (with proper bacon) however Mark also makes the tastiest scrambled eggs and smoked salmon my sister has ever had ! All in all a fantastic stay,

  We have been to the Gables on four occasions and never been disappointed with the reception recieved or the service offered. Breakfast is excellent and service matches this. Rooms are comfortable, welcoming and have all the essential facilities available. Immaculate accomodation with pleasant decor and nice touches such as toiletries, water etc etc. Great home cooked breakfast and the owners couldn't do enough. Relaxed attitude to access to the rooms and very quiet despite the fact it was full.

  It is fantastic to find a hotel so dog friendly. I would not go on holiday if there were not places like the Lifeboat. The area is beautiful and so relaxing. - Had great evening.Room very clean.comfortable and service great.Had nice evening in bar eatting and drinking.

  The Staff provided a warm welcome and my room was excellent, comfortable and warm. Above all though, the restaurant was warm and welcoming and the food was of the highest quality. - From first entering the hotel the service and courtesy to me and my friend was excellent.   The Lodge is located in Old Hunstanton which is a pretty and quiet resort. Bedroom was light and spacious. Food good with extensive choice. Close to beach (5 mins walk away). Although our bedroom was located at the front overlooking the main road, there was very little traffic noice. Th... what people say » ere was a band playing outside the Princess Theatre when we went and people just sat around with their pints on the grass outside, very chilled out at - Every thing about all aspects of Cori House was brilliant , Stuart and Maria were excellent host's , Stuarts breakfasts were utterly 'fantastic ' , and Maria is no slouch in the kitchen either as we managed to have an evening meal cooked by her , very smart Italian , just like her , and very tasty , exellent , highly reccomend the place .

  This is a "six star" B & B. Everything is a cut above the norm. Parking is excellent, location is excellent, the room & bath are of good size. The linens & beds are the best. The room is clean and well arraigned. The breakfast is unbelievable. Breakfast -I had Haddock and poached egg on spinach one morning (superb). Best B & B in the U - Everything provided and even more. Welcoming pot of tea and cake. Everything provided on drinks tray in room - a choice of teas, coffee, even hot chocolate. Biscuits are also provided and a dish of chocolates, all of which were replenished daily. A Nightcap of Sherry and a gift of chocolates when you leave. So comfortable, so clean, so friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional Value for money. We have certainly found a dream place to stay. Absolutely loved it.
