    Welcoming,friendly and accommodating .Stylishly decorated, Centrally positioned hotel with lovely helpful staff.Good breakfast and there is a brilliant Greek restaurant in the basement.     We just had positive experiences during our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated. It is old but everything is functioning very well. We even had an upgrade offered. So we give this hotel an excellent rating. - convenient for the town, ports and tunnel.     Party of 4 with a young child. Reception staff welcoming and there was a great feel about the place. Hotel and rooms were stylish and clean. Excellent food (lamb was particularly well executed) and exceptional dinner and breakfast service, coping with several changes and the needs of a small child.     Comfort and service - Family run very friendly and extremely attentive and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble My next Hotel was 5 star and 3 x price, but no better in any way except building; which was 16th Century just modernised.
