We stayed on route to Italy for our honeymoon to get an early Channel Tunnel crossing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us a map to the station. Best welcome I have ever received checking into a hotel or b&b. Excellent location for the Tunnel, literally 5 minutes away. Everything as you would expect from a Premier Inn, pub and restaurant attached. Comfy bed, decent TV, tea and coffee in room.
We did have a lot of noise in the night - sounded like a door slamming all night, every few minutes. It was a very windy night but they did honour the Guaranteed Good Night's sleep and gave us a full refund without any argument. I would definitely use again.
