  Everything! A gem of a place to stay and so reasonable and friendly. The Continental breakfast had a good choice of five cerials that came with toast, yoghurt, tea or coffee.   Great place to stay the evening prior to using Euro Tunnel. Ten minutes away from the Euro Tunnel terminal. Penny and Paul could not have been more helpful. When we arrived it was quite late and the restaurant was closing. We were able to order a light meal which was all we wanted (Pate, chutney, butter, lots of toast, and a couple of glasses ... what people say » of red wine). The room was very clean and well appointed and we wanted for nothing. Breakfast was early the next morning, again, our hosts were very - We stayed on route to Italy for our honeymoon to get an early Channel Tunnel crossing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even gave us a map to the station. Best welcome I have ever received checking into a hotel or b&b. They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before catching an extremely early Channel Tunnel crossing (lovely fresh fruits, natural yogurt with muffins and cookies to take on the train). It was like going to stay with a friend . Mary Martin was welcoming & friendly but not overbearing so we felt completely relaxed. Views marvelous.
