We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. -

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. Everything! The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

All the staff were friendly, I was travelling alone and felt safe &
secure here. On checking in I was given an emergency number that I could
call 24hours - was told that if I got lost finding hostel at night they
will help. This was very good. Wifi was available throughout hostel. The
cleanliness was to a very high standard.

Location was fantastic the owners were really helpful and accomodating, the best bit had to be the breakfast hamper, filled full of goodies and something different to a greasy fry up, plus you didn't have to get dressed and you could eat it in your own time, we had the top floor room with sea views and was lovely to sit eating breakfast looking out to sea, would book again

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
