  My wife and I stayed for two nights and for dining in the restaurant for one night we were given a free upgrade to a large double room with sea view - which was magnificent. The hotel food was superb as was the service from checking in to the express check-out. Use of the car park was free which was also an added bonus. We chose this hotel because it had parking facilities and for its brilliant location. We were delighted with our choice in every respect. The restaurant was also excellent if rather expensive.

  Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath).   Adelaide House is located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Brighton, and so makes a perfect base for either a business trip or a short city break/overnight stop. Our rooms wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us free drinks at the bar and up graded us to a rome with a sea view and a balcony. It was gorgeous.   I thought it would be awful based on the reviews here but was so pleasently suprised. The staff were great. The rooms are budget accomadation with far better facilities than a hostel. You get your own toilet and shower, tv, towels, full length mirror and tea facilities. For the price they charge you are really getting a bargain. I would stay again... what people say » and will recommend. Do not go expecting 5 star, think hostel and you will find it's a lot nicer than that. - Cost effective for a group of lads who would only be using the room to shower and sleep. Made to feel welcome and provided facilities to store our bikes. We got what we paid for which was a room with a television, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and a en-suite bathroom with a decent shower. The hotel was near the seafront so not far to walk to find somewhere to eat and drink.
