  Very convenient location for Canary Wharf and 02 arena. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Both stations take you to Canary Wharf, but please not you have to get off at Popular to g... what people say » o to Canary Wharf. And on depart to Canary Wharf to either of above, stop at Popular. Trains are so quick, less waiting and right until midnight. An - It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

  Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions.   It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located.   This hostel-like hotel is situated at Bethnal Green area, about 10 minutes walk from the same named tube station. This location is perfect for short-time living, as it's about 2 tube stations far from the center, so the price for it is very reasonable. The room was very clean, and even for 2 nights stay I had my bed tucked in - thanks:) - - very friendly, nice and helpful staff indeed. - clean room (although the room was small and the bathroom just tiny but we knew what we were going for :), new bed-clothes and towels every two days. - nice breakfast! we didn't expect such a big choice. you can also use the kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. - close to the subway station, which is rather close to the city centre. - free wifi in the room. you can also use the computer in the hall.
