Upon arrival, it was clear to see the hotel was clean and fairly luxurious (Especially for a 'Holiday Inn'!). The staff were friendly and helpful, with the room cleaned regularly, with free water and chocolate each day (at least I think they were free!). I would happily recommend the hotel to all types of travellers. Couples/group of friends etc. The view of London from the room was great. Especially at night; looking over the Olympic park, docklands and the o2.

Quality of breakfast and room service also excellent, and on top of it all, slam opposite Europe's largest shopping centre, with almost every central London shop available. Ideal location for both shopping as well as a quick underground trip (20 minutes by central line) to the centre of London and its attractions. ALso very convenient to get to City Airport and Southend Airport. We have stayed at Holiday Inn hotels before but this one is a cut above the average. Spotlessly clean, with all the extras in the room we could want: robes, facecloths, tissues, water, etc. Extremely comfortable bed, and pillows I could actually sleep on without cricking my damaged neck - no feathers, as requested, too. Breakfast was excellent, staff extremely attentive and helpful but not 'in your face'. All in all, a great hotel experience. Thank you!. The hotel is in a huge shopping mall where you can find a great number of shops and good restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is very attentive. Next to the the hotel, you can find an underground station where you can take the central or the jubilee line, an overground station and a train station. It is a bit far from city center but very easy to reach thanks to the underground. I recommend this hotel to every one. Location is excellent for fair priced rooms near to central London. Also very nice to be in the Westfield shopping mall with a selection of restaurants, cafés, shops and a cinema. Nice rooms and good service in general. I used the Beautycraft spa facilities and Angela was fantastic! This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and we will definitally use it again. The hotel is very near to the central line metro (20 minutes for Oxford Circus), also to the stop station of the bus coming from Stansted airport (50 minutes); it is very modern and clean; the staff is kind and polite, like Melissa, a very gentle member of the staff, able to solve problems. The Hotel is in Westfield shopping centre which has a multitude of shops and restaurants. The underground is a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The buffet style breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They got my requests right and had flowers in the room which were beautiful. The bar meal we took was promptly delivered, hot and tasty. Quiet room on 7th floor lifts quick enough to not cause fristration. Concierge friendly and helpful. Locality great for shopping and eating out. The location at Westfields was ideal - close to the shops and Olympic Park and only a short walk to the DLR. The bedroom was modern and clean and great value for money through letsbookhotel.com, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Fab stay perfect area for any where. Getting married in June booked radisson at Manchester airport for the night wished I had booked holiday inn would have been perfect based on our stay just, relaxing luxury.... Well done we will be back. There should have been a decent cocktail menu and a more extensive coffee selection. Irish coffee and variants are pretty common and having to mix our own Baileys Latte was a bit of a let down. These are minor points as we can get coffee etc in the mall anyway. Our room faced the Casino and there was a little bit of noise from the patrons who were outside in the smokeing area. Nothing to do with hotel but getting out of the Hotel to go to the Theatre when Father Christmas and his 12 elves of Christmas Parade wasoutside was very difficlt in the large crowds. Nothing - perfect stay!. Nothing at all to fault. Only one thing I did not like and that is the 400 odd percent mark up on a glass of Rioja wine. Dinastia Vivanco Crianza 2008. It must be well over priced at ten pound for a 250ml glass. Nothing. Shame holiday inn did not have their own car park as we would of liked to drive but choose train as it saves the hassle of finding places to park. Thought breakfast could of been included in the price as it could be a bit more of an incentive-it did make our stay slightly more expensive- but never the less breakfast was worth it.Room prices had gone up quite a bit since our stay in nov 2012. nothing. Unfortunately they gave me a room on the lowest floor looking directly into the windows of the shops so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times and announcements from the mall woke me several times at night. It is a bit away from the centre. The pillows were hard but that is my preference. Cost - too expensive On check-in I was told that i had a view of the olympic village from my room - view was of a barren area of land - with stadium - barely within view to the right. not a deal breaker though. Nothing at all. Nothing. No shuttle to the airport. No remarks. Nothing. There is no porter service on check-out. having to wait a long time for a concierge in order to leave my luggage in the luggage room. This is not the first time it has happened. there was nothing we didn't like lovely. The late night casino did give noise problems from the balcony. Only slight. normally it would take 6 or 7 stations by underground to get to the center. but exactly during our vacation this line was down.... well... can't blame the hotel for it ;-). Only very minor design details like shower door which seemed to serve no purpose Needed to ask at reception for additional beverage stock Could not get Wi-fi to work on my smartphone. Cannot put a flaw to it. It is not necessary to charge 50 pounds in the check-in to avoid problems after check-out. I hope that the value is really put back in my credit card. Fairly minor things. Room service - ordered sandwiches and quality was not great for the price paid. No bottled water available at bar when we required it. Nothing. We will definitely be coming back. Nothing. noisy at night,room too hot and could not adjust down or open window. No minibar, scarce services nearby in the evening.
