  The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance of the train station which was excellent for me and my family as I am partially disabled. The new Premier Inn is very well set out with the restaurant and bar and lots of seating on the ground floor and easy access to lifts. We were in a Family Room that was superbly set out with a double be... what people say » d and two single beds. The bathroom was huge. There were enough towels etc as well as extra pillows. We were delighted with all the staff who were so - The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole place was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was good. It was so convenient for visiting my family and shopping in Leamington.

  We received a warm welcome. The room we were provided with had a comfortable queen size bed, Sky TV in a room that was decorated in white and pastel blue in a light contemporary style. Will definitely look it up it that way again. - I was a solo traveller. I found this guest house friendly , clean & comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights in a double room on the ground floor. The room was tastefully decorated with a small and functional ensuite. The hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of Warwick. Car parking at the front of the house was small but there is further parking across the road. James and his staff are doing as excellent job. I would definitely return.

  Agincourt is very comfortable, clean and well maintained and run. It is within walking distance of Warwick Castle, shopping, restaurants and of course pubs. The owners were extremely freindly, and their attention to details made Agincourt a very special place. Their breakfast was the best we had in the UK during our trip.
