Perfect location, availability of Pub Lunches close at hand and parking facility. friendly staff, location. Location. Poorly maintained. Dirty carpet in the hallways, only one of three light bulbs working in the lounge . Unable to get heating working in the lounge. Someone promised to resolve the issue but it was the same the following day. Shame as it could have been outstanding.
