The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

Admiral is a family run hotel and you get treated like one. The location is wonderful, the staff go out of their way to help, the rooms and public areas are clean and looked after, the breakfast room/bar was beautiful. This was our second reservation and all was very good. The room was on the street level and most helpful. The breakfast was great. - Basic room with en-suite, but comfortable. Polite and friendly staff. Although only 1 night stay, I would return again. 3 min walk to Paddington station.
