  Very convenietly placed in central London in a quiet street, Staff very helpful and pleasant. Within five minutes walking distance of Green Park Tube. It was recommended to me by a friend. - Location of the hotel was perfect, hotel facilities very good.

  Efficient and caring approach very evident here. Rare combination. In particular from initial contact with Manjari and breakfast greeting from Raluca. The brand new conservatory breakfast room is a delight, natural light, stylish, comfortable and a full range of breakfast choices. Well done to everyone for being so professional. - The room(102)was lovely.modern.fridge,microwave,tea/coffee making facilities,beautifully decorated and comfortable,modern bathroom with large shower.Staff friendly and helpful,luggage storage..Some people seemed to have less good rooms,especially we heard people complaining of standard of basement rooms,we were on room only but they gave breakfast box complementary.Our luggage was brought to room without our having to ask.

  The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area... what people say » as an additional option and we did not wait at al - The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

  The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and although we didn't eat there the facilities looked very good. - I love the quality of the strand as soon as yo... what people say » u walk in though its only3 star the service and sparkle of the hotel lifts your spirits. It isthe third time I hsve stayed at the hotel and the best snd coulntrecomend a better place two mins from covent gardern and a short whilefrom the theatres.
