Without doubt we really enjoyed our stay at the Woodman Inn. - Delightful surroundings, a charming building that has been sympathetically and recently restored to a very high standard. The Staff provided an outstanding service, ably supported by an excellent chef. The evening meal was excellent; terrific flavours and superb value for money, as was the breakfast. And if you like a good ale there are plenty to choose from. Very highly recommended.

    My husband and I loved everything. Richard and Shelly are everything you would ever want in innkeepers! Friendly, accommodating, fun warm and inviting. We arrived about 7pm expecting to be able to order a meal, unfortunately they stop serving at 6pm on Sundays (9pm other nights). Seeing how diappointed we were the young woman went to ask the landlord if he could reccomend somewhere or provide a sandwich. Richard very kindly made us fish and chips, which were excellent and so very welcome after a full day on the road. Everyone was friendly and the pub has a lovely atmosphere.     Right from the start ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a very welcome change from the chain type hotels. It was like stepping back in time with the atmosphere in the Inn,very homely and just right for the area. Food was very good. All facilities were immaculately clean and shower/bath/hairdryer/kettle were all in perfect working order. Beds were very comfortable. Food was tasty and of high standard and all were reasonably priced. Would recommend a stay at the fleece and would definitely return should I revisit Haworth.

    Wilsons of Haworth was a lovely place to stay! We spent a night here and were so impressed by the comfortable, large rooms with views of the moors, the amazing location right in the heart of Haworth (within walking distance of the Bronte Parsonage Museum and the moors surrounding it, as well as the main shopping/dining area of Haworth), and the wa... what people say » rm, friendly service from Dale and Martin! (Weather was good on my visit, but a godsend if it gets too rainy and windy) Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and I had a handmade cupcake on my departure.

    I love the fact you have hotel service and the facilities of self catering and a full apartment all in one. Everything was spotless! And the grab and go breakfast is genius. They even give you paper bags with handles. And you could take as much as you wanted. Love this place! And I could not fault the staff. Very polite, helpful and friendly. It's all you could want and more! - Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. I'm staying for several weeks on a business contract and they always have a smile and a 'hello' when I'm passing through reception. Clean, compact room with decent self catering facilities, close to centre of Leeds. Relatively speaking is good value for money. - Staff at reception especially the dark haired girl who was very friendly and pointed out a lovely restaurant nearby. Loved the room and all the facilities and also the location. Easy parking nearby. Internet on the tv is an excellent idea Grab n go breakfast is a great idea for couples like us exploring the city

    Glad we made the choice to stay here. Tremendous welcome and attention. Caroline was at the door to welcome us and help with the considerable luggage. During the visit I left my phone in a shop, went back and it was shut, told Caroline who knew the owner, got in touch and the phone was returned. Attention to detail - lovely thick large towels and dressing gowns, spare blankets and hot water bottles, biscui - I took my friend to Rosebud cottage for a birthday treat. We had a wonderfully relaxing few days away. Caroline and Adrian are perfect hosts, ensuring our comfort at all times, even providing 'birthday treats' on our return after a day exploring the local sights. They are friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. We will both return in the future with our respective families and friends.     The hotel, along with the pub and restaurant downstairs, made for the perfect place to stay for the short time we were in Ilkley.
