    The hotel was so convenient for everything, we were able to leave our car at the hotel and walk to all the points of interest and to the theatre. The house is very easy to locate and is walking distance from the theatre, the butterfly farm, and the city center. My room was quite cozy and the bed comfortable. The gardens are lovely.     Personal touch of the owners- gave us good ideas to our queries Breakfast lovely . Only drawback for elderly folk might be the stairs but to be fair the owners do try to match the guests ability with stairs.     Lovely clean B & B in quiet location that is well off the road (via long driveway). We loved the farm atmosphere, with chickens, and sheep in the paddocks when we where there. Lovely homestyle breakfast. - Lovely B&B with comfortable and clean rooms. It is surrounded by beautiful farms, which gives a relaxing environment. The hosts, John and Sue, are very friendly. I was not travel by car and the location was my biggest concern at first. However, John was very nice that he offered to lift us down to the city centre during our stay. The breakfast was really good and it was full enough. I have already recommended to my friends.

    The owner was extremely efficient and accomodating. She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the house was in a lovely quiet village.     I recently visited Stratford-upon-Avon on business and stayed at Avoncot Guest House (next door to Linhill but operated by the same owners). I was given a quiet and spacious room on the top floor - 'Bancroft' - which had a super comfortable bed (so much so, that I am now looking to buy the same mattress!) An unexpected extra was the small kitche... what people say » nette located close to my room which allowed me to cook meals during my stay. The house is within easy walking distance of the main centre of Stratfor - The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I was over for a sporting event, which meant that I had some ‘unusual’ requests – they were always met with smiles. The difference between a less nice and a truly memorable weekend was made by the guesthouse!

I travel a lot for business and this is by far the loviest hotel I have stayed in. The staff made our visit extra special as I had arranged Fizz and chocolates in our room for my friends Birthday. They really put the extra effort in gor us. The Food was fantastic. I wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere when staying here. If you do, you are missing out. 2 amazing Christmas trees up in the Reception Rooms. I will definitely use again

    As soon as my partner and I arrived we were greeted politely and we felt extremely welcome. We were taken up to our room and my bag was carried for me, we were given information about the services that we could experience and were showed around our room. The room was spacious and well equipped, warm and comfortable. Breakfast - We loved it all, the friendly staff, who managed to be friendly and informative whilst being professional but not overbearing. This makes guests feel relaxed and not 'on ceremony' . The meal was outstanding, totally fabulous. We so appreciated the extra touch of a special dessert for our newly graduated son. Loved the room, bed was fabulous, decoration. Was just lovely. Plenty of big fluffy towels . Loved loved loved.

    Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. We were allowed to stay in the car park even after we had checked out, as no other guests needed our space, which was very helpful. Excellent location, just a short walk into the town, to restaurants, museums etc. - The relaxed atmosphere, and hospitality of everyone their.     I thought the room was large and pleasant. After being refused use of room, we all gathered in the bedroom (all 28! - and dispersed at 2.30am. We were more than happy, but if I had not been part of this group I would have been very cross due to the noise generated by our revels. - Bedding clean and a good nights sleep.     Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. Would definitely stay again - We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure. The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.
