Staff was accomodating and understanding as we had our daughter with us. The staff switched rooms to make us more comfortable. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb.the bed was really comfortable. we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again

Frendly efficient staff and everything is very clean. It's not the least stuffy and you feel at ease there. An encouraging price structure sympathetic to what for many people are hard pressed times. An alternative for me would have been to have made two 200mile car journeys in one day rather than one -

Almost everything, really! Very convenient location for us, nice and quiet, unpretentious, extremely clean and comfortable room with plenty of space and large bed, immaculate shower/bath/WC room, very pleasant Beefeater next door again with unpretentious but tasty menu. Our room was lovely. We booked a 'deluxe double room with a view' on offer for £71. It had a very comfy, big bed, bath with decent overhead shower, bathroom was clean (as was whole room). The room had windows along one wall, which gave a beautiful view over the little harbour with boats and lots of pretty sky.
