I loved the welcoming service from the staff and how helpful they were. I also liked the layout of the hotel as it seemed that everything was close at hand. ie the bar, the restaurant, the lounge, the reception. This gave it a very friendly feel. The room was very comfortable with a lovely en suite which couldn't be faulted. I also liked that it was a place I could happily recommend to friends. - Anonymous
