  the staff were lovely nothing was a trouble for them;the location was excellent for what we wanted to do during our stay - The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were brilliant.

  The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price. Overall, a nice place to stay near to the city (15 Min) walk or bus directly outside, generous parking area. - it was very hand... what people say » y for the city, the rooms were clean and comfortable. there was ample free parking . the rates were very good . this is a very basic facility, but I would stay again. there was some road noise but I suspect they are in a conservation area so double glazing is not possible

  We arrived during a blizzard and were greeted by a Barman who was very friendly and took us to room,and made sure we had everything we needed.The room was lovely and warm and the view from our room stunning.We ate in the bar,the food was excellent and thae waiting staff very helpful.Sadly we only stayed one night,and left after a delicious breakfa... what people say » st. - Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable, the room was very comfortable, the staff were polite and friendly,the food was tasty and well presented, the bar restaraunt and gardens were very popular with guests & non guests.Also the information available for local sights and activities etc was as impressive as the setting/views.
