    We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding.     loved the hotel, the design is lovely very modern and welcoming. the room was a good size very comfortable, the bathroom was a very good size. everything was clean.really liked the kitchenette facility which also had all the cutlery and cups and plates provided. the wi-fi worked perfectly. is very near to liverpool 1 shopping centre and can get ar... what people say » ound on foot really well around the centre. the staff were very pleasent they even offered to leave our luggage with them when we chaekced out which w - I think the renovation of the old building (where, incidentally, my father worked in the Accounts department in his younger days) is both attractive on the outside and very tasteful on the inside. I like the fact that the brickwork has been left exposed in places on the inside. The provision of self catering facilities in the room is most welcome particularly when travelling alone and they are cleverly hidden behind sliding doors.     Stayed here for a long weekend, and it was just about a perfect hotel. Truly merits the stars. The room wasn't big, but it was more than comfortable. Super clean, super comfortable bed, and great linens, great bathroom and modern showers. WiFi access was good. The bar downstairs wasn't too big or busy, but had just enough people hanging out s... what people say » o that it had a bit of atmosphere. But even better, the location was close enough to lots of great, laid-back places nearby that it didn't matter. I - Very close to station, Princes Dock, main shopping area and Albert's Dock. Rooms were lovely and bright and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice and big! We didn't have breakfast or eat at MPW restaurant but did sample the cocktails in the bar! The staff were very accommodating, professional and friendly. I would go back.

    We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. The Hope Street Hotle is quiet but just 10 mins from the city centre I would recommend this wholeheartedly - The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming andhelpful.     We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel. Whils - I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and conference facilities I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent. The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet. The bottled water and chocs left every day.

    I had the "perfect" stay for my long weekend break. It was my 60thBirthday and I wanted a Magical Mystery Beatle Theme. This I, certainly,got in buckets.     The staff we really helpful and friendly from the start. The room was lovely and had everything in it that u would need and if there was something else that you needed like a bottle opener if you rang reception they would bring it straight up to you. It was very good value for money for all of the reasons above and also it's location. Room clean, good bathroom and bed - not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

    Staff were so good, prior to our arrival i had a few queries as i had read aome bad reviews online and they were so quick to reply. i would definitely recommend the printworks and have only good things to say about the staff and the accomodation.I'm sure early check in is not always possible but the room was ready on arrival which was great so we... what people say » didn't have to wait around and could head out shopping straight away! we had a two bed apartment that sleeps up to 6 and were staying two nights.our - Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

    The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. Although the hotel was a bit pricey compared to what i would usually pay, it was definately worth it and would stay here a - The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips). Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets!     Hotel was very comfortable and bedroom luxurious and romantic, just as I had hoped as special weekend. I commented on the the picture in the bedroom to one of receptionists when checking out and asked where could I obtain one from, she very kindly then telephoned for web address of artist. All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!
