Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had
preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large
supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of
restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and
John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so
that was great hospitality. If it were not fully booked, I'd have

The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms and public area renovated or kept in excellent shape with new furnishings; beautifully decorated. Host Bill friendly and helpful. Good Wifi. Instant coffee powder and milk generously supplied and replenished. In easy reach of centre, with necessities shopping, pubs and eateries nearby. Sufficient public parking space, bus stop a few meters away. Not exactly cheap in overall terms, but good value for Edinburgh (sigh).

situation with easy access to town centre and attractions. Very
reasonably priced for facilities and the fact that it was a Rugby
Weekend which usually incurs doubling the price by many other Hotels and
Guest Houses. Whilst the guest house doesn't do breakfasts there are
good facilities nearbye, although for this particular weekend the host
cooked all guests who were visiting for the rugby a great breakfast on

security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner.
Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the
office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment.
Thankfully, the management sent someone to find us and let us in. -
