    The friendliness and the fact they made you feel so welcome even in the local pub next door. I am very fussy on hygiene and I could not find fault with our accomodation. We will be back and will bring the children next time. Thank you. - Friendly. Was next door to a pub which did good meals which is useful when you are travelling alone. Breakfast nice just enough to put you on until dinner. Location for us was good very quiet street. Parking to the rear of property although having a big car meant we only just fit through. Wifi in rooms good idea if it worked very low signal meant only basic usage. No good with teenager who wanted to play on iPad in evening before bed.

    The hotel staff were all very pleasant. I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay there. The hotel is walking distance from the town centre. Meals are very good and drinks are very reasonably priced.     Although Damons-Lincoln is undergoing renovation at the moment this did not impact on our stay at all. The staff made us fully aware of the situation on checking in. Although an un-renovated room it was still very comfortable and spacious with a very large comfortable bed.
