The warm welcome from the hostess, who was very helpful in showing me how everything worked in the bedroom and how to find restaurants, buses and places of interest. My room held 2 single beds and the decor was restful. The pot of tea and cake on arrival was most welcome and I felt confident of being well looked after. The Olivia was spotlessly clean we were made to feel really welcome the owners were a lovely couple and nothing was too much to ask breakfast was varied and really good quality food and a good amount we stayed in the family room for four and it was a really pleasant room that didn't make you feel like you were away from home .we loved the spacious

My husband & I have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Olivia and cannot give it enough praise! The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a compact but very adequate bathroom. The owners were excellent hosts and made you feel very welcome. It had a very relaxed atmosphere which was great. Should you be looking for a place to stay in Chapel St Leonards I can highly recommend the Olivia. We have already booked a return visit along with friends.

The Stoneleigh hotel was lovely. Jan & rodger are really friendly & make you feel so welcome. The hotel is nice & peaceful just the environment we wanted for our romantic weekend away without our kids.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

It was within 15 minutes walk of the town centre and bus station so we bussed each day to places of interest.

Very friendly, spotless and every care taken in the details. Excellent breakfast, leisurely as well as superbly cooked. Quiet but not out of the way, ample parking on site which, given the snow and biting east wind, was definitely reassuring.
Even though the weather was extreme, we were warm and cosy. The bed was one of the comfiest we've had the pleasure of sleeping in during our travels.
Can't recommend Park Lodge highly enough to you!

Warm,friendly welcome from the owners, with an invitation to sit and enjoy a welcoming pot of tea, and discuss our requirements for breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, and despite the atrocious weather outside, we enjoyed our stay at Skegness.
