The are is popular for walking and guests can visit historical locations such as Lincoln Castle, Tattershall Castle and Bolingbroke Castle, all within an hour's drive from The North Shore.

I was working in the area over night and i am looking to stay again in 6 weeks time and have also recomended it to work. everything especia\lly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The help i recieved from the management nothing was to much trouble. hotel was excellent value for money. wi fi in rooms good. Lovely room with sea view, staff friendly, breakfast excellent.

I was paying less than others at some hotel with similar rooms and use of same facilities. Staff were friendly and at no extra cost they put us up in a family room with 3 beds. The staff were friendly, short walk to the beach, the food was superb. Very friendly staff and excellent service and food. the reception staff were very nice and helpfull and moved us to a quieter family room without us requesting to be moved. This was very thoughtful and improved our stay.the posistion and location. friendly atmosphere. A Good all round hotel, with plenty of character. The hotel is in a great location, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and also within walking distance of the centre of Skegness. Our room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and views of both the golf course and the sea. The bathroom was modern and fairly clean. There is a large car park.the lunch time food potatoes were disgusting. Breakfast tables not cleaned as soon as people left , not leaving enoughtables free for the other guests who came down for there breakfast. no info given about hotel on arrival. The bar was left untidy for a fair amount of time peoples meal plates were left on tables including ours, also the amount of mess on the floor chips and empty sauce sachets.seemed to be almost empty, but still gave us a room with no view. we were disturbed on both nights with some of the other guests unruly behaviour. the rain in skegness. Noise into the early hours of the morning. Our stay coincided with a wedding reception, which the hotel had not notified us about beforehand. We were awoken around 2am by slamming doors, shouting etc as party-goers began making their way back to their rooms. Noise continued until after 3am when the final revellers seem to have gone to bed, sleep in the meantime being impossible.

The Hotel is situated on the left at the end of the road. When approaching on the A158 follow the brown tourist signs marked 'North Shore'.
