We were originally booked into room 2 on the second floor, when they saw that my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs, they immediately offered us the ground floor room without even being asked, even though that room needed to have it's final clean & check

The location, the guesthouse itself, the room was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. The proprietors were very homely and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable. The food was excellent and plenty of it. You could choose absolutely any combination for breakfast. Highly recommend this B&B

The Bull & Swan is an atmospheric historical inn with stone walls and huge fireplaces. It is perfectly located for visiting Burghley House and exploring the pretty town of Stamford. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made us feel immediately relaxed and at home. Our room was stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. Breakfast was ample, with plenty of choice of cold and hot goodies. Will definitely return.

this has to be the cleanest,warmest and friendliest place we have stayed in.Jan and Roger made us very welcome and were very informative.The breakfast was a real treat,tasty.fresh and plentiful.especially the fruit salad.The room was a good size,light and relaxing,We had requested a bath en suite and were not disappointed.We would definately return to The Stoneleigh and absolutely recomend it to everyone wanting a break in Skegness.

The couple that run this place are very warm an welcoming! Me and my friend (not boyfriend but the closest tick box was young couple as we were not a large group)shared a twin room which was decorated well considering price and location. The breakfast was spot on and good quality. Really pleasant place to be. I would highly recommend this place as the people who run it really do know the meaning of good service/ hospitality!

Bar meals were absolutely marvellous Great food at affordable prices Very helpful friendly staff can't fault it. The price was amazing compared to other better known 'inns'.
