hosts and staff were very good and made us welcome.
That I had only booked a short stay.
Nothing.
None.
Tv reception was poor.
A few too many stairs, being on the top floor the lift stops at the 2th and a full flight of stairs to climb.more stairs to the restaurant and very warm down there if it had been cooler would have loved an evening meal it smelt lovely.
nothing i can think of.
There wasnt anything x.
no night time bar open.
never a member of staff available to answer questions day or night. Mould all around base of shower made it look dirty.
Parking was reasonably easy near to hotel but in high season would be difficult.
bedroom 19 wants a good clean or redecorating.
When I booked on line one month before I went I asked for a double room which was confirmed. On arriving I was told that the hotel was fully booked And I was put in an annex away from what I had booked was not very happy with the management and the way that I was treated, will not be going there again.
room very cold and small for the price bed was very hard no duvet only 1 blanket and 1 chair and did not sleep well at all. very noisy at night. had to order breakfast at time of arriving only allowed 1 of each item which was a very poor selection we would not stay here again.
There was no one to greet you on arrival.
Very basic - Hotel in need of update.
There was no night time bar open.
You had to order your breakfast the day/night before, so if you didn’t then want what you had ordered the next day, then it would be wasted.
Breakfast was too early – 08:30 am.
Very basic, you had for breakfast white bread no brown nothing but tea or coffee no fruit teas etc, not even a slice of lemon when asked for.
Could not sleep all night from other guest screaming, I still got marks on my back from spring mattresses. Very poor customer service. You might say was cheap but I would not stay there for free.
