  Atmosphere, helpful staff, nice surroundings, easy parking. Didn't eat there dinner but dining room was very pleasant. Overall, very good. - Our room was lovely and had recently been up graded. The staff were very helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble.

  We used this hotel as an overnight stop before travelling to France and again on our return. The room was large enough for 4 of us and the children (12 and 9) both had decent beds. Beds/ pillows are very comfortable. A large and varied breakfast is free for under 16s which is great. There is tea/coffee provided in the rooms. The hotel is about 10 ... what people say » minutes drive to the Dover ports and about 15 minutes to the Eurotunnel. The hotel is by a road but it is not very busy at night and didn't cause us a - Totally fabulous location for an overnight stay pre-Eurotunnel departure lunchtime next day. Left enough time for very quick visit to Dover Castle following morning. Staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have come across in hotel in GB. Truly customer-orientated. Next door Beefeater provided us the most awesome steak dinner in no time at all despite fully-booked restaurant. Cannot praise staff of either establishment enough, and overall, a great overnight stay. Thank you all.

  As soon as I arrived in reception the young woman behind the desk was very welcoming and provided me with everything I needed. Whenever I went downstairs or needed everything I felt like I was part of a family. The view from my room was dramatic with lovely views over the sea. The food was excellent and again the staff in all areas of the hotel... what people say » including the domestic team were wonderful. I had a fantastic weekend meeting up with my family from all over the country who stayed at the Premier. - whole family sharing a room and making it affordable as well a comfortable. Has all the comforts and TV. Is very clean and staff is really helpfull. The price was very good value for what we got. The restaurant was good and the breakfast in the morning was excellent and offered a great variety of food. Only the 2 adults paid as the 2 children ate free. The view to the sea was great and the car parking facilities were excellent. Fantastic! The whole family agree. Will come again.

  It was clean, modern, comfortable and well priced. Staff were very helpful. I was particularly drawn to the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool, although in the event I was too tired to use it!   This was my second stay at the Hotel, I had important exams nearby, and having this accommodation was extremely useful, Room was excellent, a great selection for breakfast, and adequate choice for evening meal in the bar area, which was quiet.
