This hotel was clean, modern and excellent value for money. The staffwere very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thefacilites in the wheelchair accessible room we booked were the best Ihave seen in any accommodation in the uk, with automatic doors intothe room, a wet room with a seat in the shower, wide doors and loweredhand basins. - Thomas

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter. Thanks. - Lynette

I could enjoy a cigarette in my room. Too many places have banned smoking and it's put me off staying away. So glad to have found somewhere that allows for my personal choice. - Anonymous

Staff very friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit and have a meal after a long journey. A more comfortable lounge area would have been nice, ie sofa's for us to sit together and relax as a family. Your pull out bed was excellent and a really good size - Helena

We chose the Eurostar package which included overnight accommodation, breakfast, parking and return taxi to Ashford Terminal. Everything went smoothly and made our few days away enjoyable. We had a large room and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. - Vicky

My partner and I were upgraded and had a wonderful stay in a room with a goregous four poster bed, the bathroom had a lovely jacuzzi bath. The hotel staff were clearly busy but extremely friendly, curteous and welcoming. The hotel restaurant served excellent food and was enjoyed by hotel guests and many locals! The hotel grounds were beautiful. I would really recommend it to friends, family etc - Shane

In the first room provided there was a problem with the heated towel room which made it uncomfortably hot in the room , but on request the staff were very helpful in relocating us to another room , which we declined as it was a twin . That resulted in us being upgraded to one of the four posted rooms , which was superb. - Simon
