We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Very comfortable, clean, no fuss accommodation - Very convenient if coming into London by car. Hotel has relatively cheap parking and location is not too far from sights of South Kensington. Hotel is good value by London standards and breakfast included as standard.

Our stay at Caspian was pleasant despite very gold weather in London. We enjoyed warm room, which is not always guaranteed even in 5-star hotels in London. We appreciated the staff's genuine and friendly approach to their clients.

friendly staff, nice basic room, all that was really needed having just attended a football match at wembley..good that check in open early as was able to drop off bags before the match etc.. - I thought the bathroom was brilliant - great idea to make it a sealed unit so you don't get damp problems. The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen),
particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard.
The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had
stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to
sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but
Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at
